eGene Service
General Information
Fast-track your eProtein Discovery™ experiments with ready-to-use Custom Linear eGene constructs, provided by our Linear eGene Prep Services. Using the eGene is going to remove all molecular biology steps, without the need of carrying out PCRs, DNA purification or gels.
It is possible to skip all the molecular biology and order your eGene constructs using our eGene service. After you have downloaded your protein, select the trolley on the top right hand side.
The advantages of using our eGene Service include:

Order
When ordering an Linear eGene Prep Service product follow the steps outlined below.
After clicking on the trolley on the top right hand side, select eGene Prep Service from the options below:
A pop-up window will appear requesting the following contact information:
- Email address
- First Name
- Last Name
Upon submission, you will receive an automated email containing your DNA Order Request Form. Use "opend the document" link provided in this email to resume your order at any time if you are unable to complete it immediately.
Order Details Form
Once your contact information is submitted, a comprehensive order form will open. Please complete the following steps:
- Shipping & Billing: Enter your full shipping and billing details.
- Sequence Attachment: Attach the sequences you wish to order, as described in the (Protein Sequence Download) section.
- Biohazard Disclosure: Complete the mandatory Biohazard Disclosure form.
- E-Signature: Electronically sign the form to validate the request.
- Solubility Tags and specify volume: Upload your CSV file containing one or more DNA sequences and select the required solubility tags and specify the volume required.
Solubility tags are applied per file upload. If you require different tags for different sequences, ot different volumes, please upload them as separate CSV files and specify the tags or volumes for each file individually.
You must click Finish to officially submit your order. You will receive a final confirmation email once the submission is successful.
